Thompson has collected around 13 million dollars nationwide. The new team consists of
"Thompson’s fundraising team, announced Wednesday, includes an array of businessmen and Republican activists.
East Tennessee regional chairmen were listed as Mike and Kelly Conley of Knoxville, Jim Haslam II, Jim Powell, John “Thunder” Thornton and Steve West of Maryville.
Others on the list include two former Republican National Committee chairmen, Joe Rodgers and Mike Curb, both of Nashville, and former U.S. Rep. Van Hilleary of Murfreesboro."
It seems that Tennessee has a lot of money to offer and it would be wise to continue and watch it donate money to the various candidates.
